Amber Alert activated for missing 4-year-old boy in Rochester

The Rochester Police Department has activated the New York State Amber Alert and is investigating a child abduction that occurred early Saturday morning at approximately 1:30 a.m.

According to the police, the child, Michael Williams III, was taken from 170 Fulton Ave. in Rochester.

Michael is a four-year-old Black male, with brown hair and brown eyes. He is about 3 feet 3 inches tall and weighs approximately 80 pounds. The child was last seen wearing a Paw Patrol T-shirt, gray, and black pajama pants.

The police believe that the child and his mother, Jessica M. Sanchez-Reyes, were taken under circumstances that lead them to believe that they are in imminent danger of serious harm and/or death.

Authorities are urging anyone with information on this abduction to call the Rochester Police Department at (866) N Y S-AMBER or dial 911 to provide information on a report or sighting.
