Ranchi: The Jharkhand high court on Thursday ordered no coercive steps be taken against Deoghar deputy commissioner Manjunath Bhajantri.
The court of Justice S K Dwivedi while hearing a petition which was filed Bhajantri issued a notice to Godda member of parliament Nishikant Dubey to appear in the matter.
Dubey had filed a first information report (FIR) against the Deoghar deputy commissioner after a case was registered against him for violation of air traffic rules in the Deoghar airport last year.
The FIR was lodged against Dubey, his two sons and parliamentarian Manoj Tiwari by Bhajantri.
Thereafter, the Godda MP lodged an FIR against the deputy commissioner which has been challenged before the high court.
