In-service docs asked to boycott private practice
Jaipur: Doctors working in government hospitals are allowed private practice, but they have now decided to boycott private practice in support of the agitation by the doctors of private hospitals in protest against the Right to Health (RTH) Bill. All Rajasthan In-Service Doctors Association (ARISDA), a body of doctors working in government-run hospitals in the state, have now asked its members to stop their private practice in support of the private hospital doctors’ agitation. Over 14,000 doctors are working in government hospitals in the state. TNN
