Congress member of Lok Sabha Manickam Tagore on Wednesday moved a notice for breach of privileges against Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, accusing him of having making "defamatory" and "unfounded " allegations against Rahul Gandhi on the opening day of the current session and that too "without giving notice" to the latter to respond. Tagore was referring to the intervention Singh made about Gandhi's UK comments.
