Kevin Durant is one of the NBA players who has achieved great status for him to be able to be friends with other big-named celebrities. One of his friends is Grammy-nominated hip-hop artist Travis Scott, who recently told the Phoenix Suns about his upcoming album.
Durant shared on his podcast that Scott shared how excited he is about his upcoming album, Utopia. The rapper claimed that Utopia is possibly the best album he's done so far.
"He was telling me that it's f*cking insane. The sickest sh*t he's done." Durant said.
"He think about music the same why I think about hoop, and so, he was telling me. To the point where, he didn't want to explain it to me, I just gotta come here." Durant added.
"I'm looking forward to it. Utopia, right? Is what he's calling it?"
It's been five years since Scott dropped an album. His last studio album was Astroworld in 2018. Astroworld was his third studio album and it was well-received by his fans. The album won "Album of the Year" in 2018 at the BET Hip-Hop Awards, beating out Meek Mill's Championships and Tyler, the Creator's Igor.

Kevin Durant is probably one of the most important players on the Phoenix Suns' roster since they acquired him at the trade deadline. Which is why losing him recently has hurt the team signifiicantly. However, there's still hope that he'll be back in the lineup before the postseason starts.
According to Shams Charania, the Suns are hoping the 13-time All-Star will be back by the end of March.
"Kevin Durant is doing more and more on the court. I would expect more evaluations later this week. I think there will be potentially an update later early next week when they revaluate him and see how much progress they have made."
"Definitely there is optimism within the Suns. They are going to be cautious but they are hopeful he is going to be back in the line-up before the end of March, potentially early April."
"The goal was always there, 2-3 weeks, in that range. but they are going to be cautious. They know the best time for him is playoff time so making sure he is 100% not rushing himself back is going to be priority for them."
If the Suns are serious contenders, they'll need Durant back in the lineup before the postseason starts. His chemistry with the other players in the team will be vital and could turn things around for the squad.
