Patna Railway Station Adult Clip Case : Railway Terminates Contract With Agency

New Delhi , 22 March : The Indian Railways has terminated all contracts with the agency responsible for broadcasting pornographic content on TV screens at Patna railway station, and has initiated proceedings to blacklist the company.

The East Central Railway (ECR) has informed the media about two FIRs filed against Kolkata-based service provider Dutta Studio, after videos of the incident emerged on social media.

One FIR was filed by the Railway Protection Force (RPF), while the other was filed by GRP under sections of the IT Act.

Local authorities have decided to escalate the matter and a team of Government Railway Police (GRP) has been sent to West Bengal to investigate the incident.

All TV screens managed by Dutta Studio have now been logged out of the centralized display system with immediate effect. The GRP investigation has not ruled out the angle of sabotage by an existing or a former employee.
