Sub: SAT Order in the matter of the Finassure Financial Services Pvt. Ltd.

In continuation to the Exchange Notice No. 20230202-44 dated February 02,2023 on the captioned matter.

The Hon’ble Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) vide its order dated March 20,2023, had inter-alia stated that, the impugned order, being an ex- parte order, cannot be sustained as no opportunity of hearing was given to the appellants and is quashed.

Trading members are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
