Ruckus in Parliament: Union minister Pralhad Joshi says, 'opposition is running from issues'

Union minister Pralhad Joshi on Tuesday said that the government had agreed to discussing the issues raised by the opposition on the floor of the House, however they are running. He further added that at this time PM Modi's popularity is at its peak, not just in India but outside too.
