Semler Scientific named Wayne Pan new CEO

  • Semler Scientific (NASDAQ:SMLR) said Tuesday Doug Murphy-Chutorian will step down as chief executive officer, but will continue to serve as a member of the board of directors at least through the remainder of his 2024 term.

  • The company appointed Wayne Pan as CEO to succeed Murphy-Chutorian. 

  • Pan's appointment as CEO will be effective from April 3, 2023, who will also remain a member of the board of directors.
