Apollo Hospital shares drop 0.35% as Sensex rises

Shares of the Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd. traded at Rs 4290.45 on BSE at 11:43AM (IST) on Tuesday, down 0.35 per cent. The stock quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 3365.9 and a high of Rs 4915.0.

Earlier in the day, the stock saw a gap down opening.

At the prevailing price, the stock traded at 80.71 times its trailing 12-month EPS of Rs 53.18 per share and 11.55 times its book value, as per BSE data.

A total of 3,415 shares changed hands on the counter till 11:43AM (IST). The stock commands a market value of Rs 61716.69 crore and is part of the Hospital industry.

The scrip has been an underperformer , down 10.07 per cent in the past one year in comparison with a 3.74 per cent gain in Sensex.

During the day, the stock moved between Rs 4350.15 and Rs 4284.65.

Promoter/FII Holding
Promoters held 29.33 per cent in the company as of 31-Dec-2022. FII and MF ownership in Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd. stood at 47.94 per cent and 10.2 per cent, respectively.
