Delhi: Farmers hold 'Kisan Mahapanchayat' at Ramlila Maidan over unfulfilled demands

Samyukt Kisan Morcha (SKM) held 'Kisan Mahapanchayat' at Ramlila Maidan in Delhi on March 20. Samyukt Kisan Morcha leader Darshan Pal said, "We are demanding 'Kisan Pension', 'Kisan Fasal Bima' and several other issues. We are protesting here in Delhi to exert pressure on Government." Samyukt Kisan Morcha leader Yudhvir Singh said, "We will be presenting various issues to the government such as crops that are being destroyed due to hailstorms and rising inflations of vegetables and many other things."
