Godrej Properties shares drop 3.64% as Sensex falls

Shares of the Godrej Properties Ltd. traded at Rs 1082.85 on BSE at 01:12PM (IST) on Monday, down 3.64 per cent. The stock quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 1061.65 and a high of Rs 1715.4.

Earlier in the day, the stock saw a gap down opening.

At the prevailing price, the stock traded at 71.76 times its trailing 12-month EPS of Rs 15.1 per share and 5.36 times its book value, as per BSE data.

A total of 21,196 shares changed hands on the counter till 01:12PM (IST). The stock commands a market value of Rs 30119.4 crore and is part of the Real Estate industry.

The scrip has been an underperformer , down 32.2 per cent in the past one year in comparison with a 2.55 per cent gain in Sensex.

During the day, the stock moved between Rs 1123.45 and Rs 1080.1.

Promoter/FII Holding
Promoters held 58.42 per cent in the company as of 31-Dec-2022. FII and MF ownership in Godrej Properties Ltd. stood at 27.41 per cent and 2.61 per cent, respectively.
