OPINION:
We now know that the FBI deliberately misinformed social media to keep the truth about Hunter Biden’s laptop and its harmful revelations about the Bidens from the public. Then, just two weeks before the presidential election, 51 former intelligence officials similarly misled voters preparing to cast their votes. A post-election poll showed that one in six Biden voters would not have voted for him if they had been told the truth about the laptop and its contents. Subtract just a minor portion of those 16 million Biden votes and Donald Trump wins re-election by a landslide .
Such blatant interference in the 2020 presidential election process should have resulted in the arrests of present and former government officials on federal criminal charges. Recall that Bill Clinton committed perjury without being arrested, and that Hillary Clinton fabricated and financed the Russia hoax in an effort to harm her presidential opponent, Donald Trump, yet was never arrested. Not to mention the frivolous impeachments, the Mueller investigation and the tyrannical, early-mornin Mar-a-Lago raid on Trump’s private home. Government officials have repeatedly misused their power to keep Donald Trump under constant threat (“GOP to take aim at Trump prosecutor; panel on government weaponization steels for felony indictment,” Web, March 19).
Most Americans are fair-minded. So if Trump, a former president and an announced 2024 presidential candidate, is now arrested — which would be the first such arrest in American history — on a trivial “hush money” charge based on the word of a blackmailing porn star and a disbarred attorney (and convicted felon), an outraged electorate will surely rise up to guarantee Trump the landslide “re-election” victory that bureaucratic and political corruption denied him in 2020.
