4 injured in car crash

Ludhiana: A car crashed into a transformer early on Sunday as the driver tried to avoid hitting a stray dog near Basti Jodhewal in Daresi area. Four car occupants were injured. Police said the victims were admitted in CMC hospital, but were later discharged.
Car owner Jatin Kanojia of Kailash Nagar was travelling with three other persons. At around 2am, when they were crossing by Basti Jodhdewal chowk near a private school, a stray dog came in front of the car, when the driver swerved and crashed into a transformer. tnn
