BJP leader Sunil Jakhar took a jibe at AAP-led Punjab government and said that the Punjab Punjab is getting defamed and it will affect the whole country. Speaking further, he said, “Amritpal Singh should have been controlled on the same day when he attacked the Police station. The way AAP has been defending itself shows that the Punjab Government has not only been defaming itself within the country but also abroad. The Police are running false campaign to arrest Amritpal Singh. The miscreants are sitting inside jail and are challenging the Government by giving interviews. G20 delegates are in Amritsar today and they are seeing that the Chief Minister of the state has given such a big platform to terrorists. The country will never forgive Bhagwant Mann.”
