MUMBAI: A 16-year-old boy was injured after a cylinder exploded at a shop on Maharishi Valmiki Marg at Matunga Labour camp in Mumbai, around 11.55pm on Saturday.
A injured boy identified as Ved Sunil suffered minor injuries was treated and discharged by Sion Hospital.
According to fire brigade officials, the explosion happened after leakage from the LPG gas cylinder at the shop of a ground plus structure in the B ward chawl.
Wooden material and household material were destroyed in the fire.
