LUCKNOW: Praising the National Education Policy (NEP) as the most significant educational reform, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Friday said it will serve as a medium for students to showcase their worth and utilise their full potential.
Addressing the convocation ceremony of the Tirthankar Mahavir University in Moradabad, the CM said the ceremony did not mark the end of a student's educational journey but showed them the right direction to excel further in life.

The CM reminded the students of the PM’s ‘panchapran’ of a developed India. These pledges are the goal of developing India, removing any traces of slavery, takingpride in roots, unity and a sense of duty among citizens.
Speaking about the construction of Ram temple in Ayodhya, revival of the Kashi Vishwanath Dham, Kedarnath and Mahakal Dham, the CM called the current times the golden period of India.
Congratulating the students, he added: “The meritorious students should utilise their talent to strengthen the image of the state and make the country proud.”The CM also honoured meritorious students by awarding gold medals, titles and degrees.
He distributed degrees to 5,988 students of the 2020-21 and 2021-22 batches. During the ceremony, 104 gold, 103 silver and 98 bronze medals were given out to students.
