Pradip Bhattacharya calls Congress a ‘cementing force’, says ‘Opposition cannot function without it’

Rajya Sabha Congress MP Pradip Bhattacharya on March 18 said that the Congress is a cementing force and without the party, the Opposition cannot function. Speaking to ANI, he said, “Congress has never claimed to be the boss of other opposition parties. Congress has always been very friendly and open to them. Our leaders have always invited all the opposition parties to discuss future strategy.
