Bhubaneswar: Petrol-Diesel supply affected due to Odisha Driver Mahasangha strike

The supply of Petrol-Diesel is getting affected due to the strike of ‘Odisha Driver Mahasangha’ in Bhubaneswar city of Odisha on March 17. Many people are facing problems due to the problem. The drivers have been protesting since March 16 demanding social benefits including pension after 60 years of age, insurance, death and accidental benefits, proper parking facilities and amenities of highways etc.“Petrol has run out since yesterday evening. The reason is that the petrol tank is not able to come here due to the strike of drivers. The other reason is that that people are buying more than they need,” said a petrol pump staff.
