India’s position in development of Afghanistan has not changed: MEA

Ministry of External Affairs Spokesperson Arindam Bagchi held a press conference in New Delhi on March 16. During his press briefing, he talked about the ITEC Programme in which Afghan nationals have been participating and said that India’s position in development of Afghanistan has not changed.
