Foul play ruled out in death of Akron woman found in Tallmadge
Tallmadge police said Wednesday that foul play has been ruled out in the death of a woman who was found early Tuesday afternoon in the 400 block of West Avenue in Tallmadge.
The department announced on its Facebook page that the woman has been identified as Samantha J. Tiffner, 35, of Akron.

Tallmadge Police Chief Ronald Williams previously said the body was found about 12:30 p.m. next to a van. He said police determined the death was suspicious and called the medial examiner's office to investigate.
"The Summit County Medical Examiner has conducted an autopsy and we can say that foul play has been ruled out as a cause of her death," the department said. "The details continue to be investigated and additional information may be discussed as it becomes available."
