Choreographer Salman Yusuff Khan claims he was harassed at Bengaluru airport for not knowing Kannada
The choreographer was flying to Dubai and narrated his story on his Instagram Live video.

Dance India Dance fame and popular choreographer Salman Yusuff Khan claimed that he was harassed and insulted at the Bengaluru International airport on Wednesday for not knowing Kannada.
The choreographer was flying to Dubai and narrated his story on his Instagram Live video. He alleged that an immigration officer harassed him saying Khan was born in Kannada but still can’t speak the language.
He tagged the Kempegowda International Airport and shared his ordeal. In a long note, he wrote, “on my way to Dubai and I meet this immigration officer who speaks to me in Kannada .. and I in my broken Kannada try to tell him that I understand the language but can’t speak so well to which he continues to speak in Kannada and shows me my passport and points out my name and my birthplace and my father’s name and his birthplace and has the audacity to tell me that .. you and your father are born in Bangalore and u can’t speak Kannada .. to which I replied .. that being born in Bangalore doesn’t mean I’m born with the language … I could be born in Bangalore and travelled the world like I have been always a Saudi child bought up in Saudi .. (ps: I have never had Kannada as a language as I never lived in the country during my schooling .. whatever little that I know is through my friends )
to which he goes to the extent of saying that .. if u can’t speak Kannada I can suspect you.”
Salman further wrote he told the officer that his official language is Hindi and tried to report the incident to the airport authorities.

A similar incident happened recently wherein a Bengaluru auto driver and a woman got into a verbal spat over her not knowing the Kannada language. The video went crazy viral and left the social media users enraged.

Bomman and Belli, seen in the documentary, take care of elephants at Mudumalai in Nilgiri district. The Chief Minister met the couple after the documentary got the Oscar award. According to a release issued by the government, Stalin presented a check of Rs 1 lakh each, a memento and a shawl to both of them.

It has been said in the release that the documentary shows the working of the Tamil Nadu Forest Department and the efforts being made to take care of elephants. In this, it has been said that the Chief Minister has announced an assistance of Rs 1 lakh each to 91 people working in two elephant camps in Mudumalai and Annamalai in Tamil Nadu.
He has also allocated Rs 9.10 crore for the construction of houses for these employees. At the same time, the elephant camp located in Annamalai Tiger Reserve in Coimbatore district will be modernized at a cost of five crore rupees. It has been said in the release that a camp with all facilities for elephants will be set up at Sadivayal in Coimbatore district.
Later talking to reporters, Bomman said that it is not easy to raise elephants and they give love and care to the cubs like their own children. Kartiki Gonsalves, director of the documentary, expressed happiness over Stalin’s meeting with Bomman and Belli. He tweeted, “After ‘The Elephant Whispers’ won India’s first Oscar as an independent film at the 95th Academy Awards, Hon’ble Chief Minister M.K. I am very happy and proud of Stalin’s meeting with Bomman and Belli.

The release date of the blockbuster movie Pathaan has been finalised, and it is being told that the Siddharth Anand directorial is going to be released on 22 March on the OTT platform Amazon Prime Video.
It will be nothing less than a treat for those fans, who have not been able to see Shahrukh Khan, Deepika Padukone and John Abraham’s film in cinema halls yet.
For the unversed, Pathaan is a spy action film made under the banner of Yash Raj Films. Salman Khan also has a cameo role in Pathan. The film was released in theaters on January 25, 2023 and has also completed fifty days running in theatres.
Shahrukh Khan made a comeback on silver screen after 4 years and Pathaan and his fans made sure that this one turns out to be a mega hot for him. The film has become the highest grossing Hindi film by breaking the record of SS. Rajamouli’s Bahubali 2.
Although Amazon Prime Video has not made its OTT release date official yet. But according to sources, it is believed that Pathaan is going to release on on March 22.

Yo Yo Honey Singh, the popular rapper, is celebrating his birthday today. To make it more special, the OTT giant Netflix announced a docu-film on the rapper, Bare It All.
Going by the teaser, the docu-film will see Yo Yo Honey Singh’s ups and downs in his life and career. It will also cover his sudden disappearance from stardom and some behind-the-scenes moments.
