Reliance Jio Tuesday introduced a new postpaid family plan starting Rs 399 which allows the user to add 3 sim cards to the plan. Users can add sim cards for Rs 99 each.

Making a play to increase its post paid customer base, Jio’s plan includes benefits ranging from competitive pricing, entertainment/OTT benefits, innovations like in-flight connectivity while traveling abroad, and India calling using voice over Wifi at Rs 1.

The new plan is applicable for 4G connections, and users can upgrade to 5G using the Jio Welcome Offer at the same tariff.

“The idea behind launching Jio Plus is to offer exciting new benefits and experiences to discerning postpaid users. Jio has further strengthened its network experience by expanding True 5G to 331 cities,” Akash M Ambani, Chairman, Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited, said.
