Sensex falls! These stocks fell 5% or more in Tuesday's session

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Tuesday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 337.66 points down at 57900.19 amid brisk selling in frontline bluechip counters.

On the BSE, Comfort Fincap(down 20.00 per cent), Yug Decor(down 13.11 per cent), Modella Woollen(down 12.25 per cent), Deep Polymers(down 11.85 per cent) and FAZE THREE Autofab(down 10.94 per cent) stood among the top losers in today's trade.

In the Nifty pack, 11 stocks closed in the green, while 39 stocks ended in the red.

The index closed 111.0 points down at 17043.3.

On the BSE, Modella Woollen, FAZE THREE Autofab, GTL Infra, Allied Digital and PrismxGlobalVent hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Shyama Infosys, Zen Tech, Binani Ind, Tarmat Ltd and Hariom Pipe Industries Ltd. touched their fresh 52-week highs in today's trade.
