Ludhiana: Bharatiya Janata Party leaders Jeevan Gupta and Kewal Singh Dhillon on Sunday hit out at the Aavm Aadmi Party-led state government for “miserably failing” to curtail the “growing radicalism being preached by anti national forces”.
While addressing a joint press conference here, Dhillon questioned the government why no action was taken against Waris Punjab De head Amritpal Singh or his supporters, who had allegedly attacked a police station and beat up cops more than two weeks ago.
Gupta alleged that if no action is taken against “separatist forces” soon, the state could face troubled times. He alleged that CM Bhagwant Mann had no interest in dispensing good governance, and was “programmed” to garner publicity for the party. tnn
