Samsung will soon launch many new affordable and mid-range smartphones in the Galaxy A, Galaxy F, and Galaxy M series. After the Galaxy A34 5G and the Galaxy A54 5G launch on March 16, the South Korean firm will reportedly launch the Galaxy F14 5G in India, which could come with a competitive price tag.
According to IANS (via Techlusive), the Galaxy F14 5G will launch in India next week with a price tag of around INR 15,000. That would make the Galaxy F14 5G the first smartphone in the country in its price segment to come with a 5nm chipset. The device is equipped with the Exynos 1330 chipset that is made using Samsung Foundry’s 5nm process and features two high-performance CPU cores and six power-efficient CPU cores.
The Galaxy F14 5G is highly similar to the Galaxy A14 5G, except for its bigger battery. The Galaxy F14 5G has a 6,000mAh battery, which is 20% bigger than the Galaxy A14 5G’s 5,000mAh battery. The phone has a 6.6-inch PLS LCD display with Full HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. It has 4GB/6GB RAM, 64GB/128GB storage, and a microSD card slot. It runs Android 13-based One UI 5.1 out of the box.
Samsung has a 13MP selfie camera, a 50MP primary rear camera, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro camera. The phone can record 1080p 30fps videos using its front and rear cameras. It has a GPS, a dual-SIM card slot, 5G, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, a USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. It has a side-mounted fingerprint reader, too.
