India’s CPI inflation for February falls marginally to 6.44%, but still stays above RBI’s comfort level

Negligible fall in #inflation rate in February. India's #CPI inflation eases to 6.44% in February from 6.52% in January. While it is a marginal fall, the inflation is well above the RBI comfort level of 5%. Retail inflation rate for rural areas remained at 6.7% while it was 6.1% in urban areas.
