As temperature soar, Kozhikode in Kerala records 35 degree celsius

With some parts of the state recording temperatures between 35 and 37 degrees Celsius, and humidity levels at 75-80%, the heat index (or 'real feel' temperature) in these areas soared to 'above 54-degree Celsius', according to a warning issued by the Kerala state disaster management authority (KSDMA).
