Two Bhutanese citizens attacks two mall employee with knife in Shopping Mall

Siliguri, 11 March : Two Bhutanese citizens reportedly attacked an ice cream seller at a shopping mall at Sevoke Road. The attackers argued with the seller, Bhanu Singh, over the price of ice cream.
When Singh complained to the management, one of the attackers pulled out a knife and attacked both Singh and a staff member. The staff member sustained a cut to the neck, while Singh managed to avoid the attack. In fateful incident both sustained minor injuries who are now undergoing treatment.
The public intervened and caught the attackers before they could become more violent. The attackers were handed over to the Bhaktinagar Police personnel who immediately rushed to the spot.

It is also alleged that the same individuals had visited the mall on Friday and caused a disturbance, including harassing female staff members. More details in this incident is awaited.
