New DRM of Vadodara takes charge

Vadodara: Jeetendra Singh has taken over as the divisional railway manager (DRM) of Vadodara railway division.
Prior to his posting as DRM, he was working as executive director (public grievances) to the minister of railways.
Singh had joined the Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE) in 1992 after completing his bachelors in electrical engineering from VNIT, Nagpur.
He has worked in Prayagraj, Delhi and Firozpur divisions, Northern Railway headquarters and Railway Board on various key posts in areas of maintenance and operations of electric locomotives, traction distribution and power supply, electric general services, project planning, dedicated freight corridors, multi-lateral/bilateral project financing, among others.
He has also worked as director in NITI Aayog in areas of infrastructure development and as joint secretary in ministry of heavy industries.
He also earlier served as a part-time official director on the board of Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd.
