DCW chief Swati Maliwal seeks action into Japanese women Holi groping incident

Swati Maliwal, the Head of the Delhi Commission for Women, called for harsh punishment for all the men who were involved in tormenting a Japanese woman and dousing her with colour. The video later went viral on social media. "We are issuing a notice to Delhi Police because I want prompt action in the matter, all the men involved in the crime need to be identified, and they need to be put behind bars," said Swati Maliwal while speaking to ANI
