In continuation of Exchange's Notice No. 20221018-45 dated October 18, 2022, intimating therein the Record Date fixed on 24.10.2022 by SRG Housing Finance Ltd for Payment of Interest and Redemption of Debentures having Scrip Code 960299.  Trading Members are hereby informed that the said Record Date was for Part Redemption of the aforesaid Debentures.

In view of the above, Trading Members are requested to note that  the Debentures of SRG Housing Finance Ltd having Scrip Code 960299 will be available for trading with effect from March 13, 2023 (DR-737/2022-2023).
