WB teacher recruitment scam: Enforcement Directorate arrests TMC youth leader Santanu Banerjee

The Enforcement Directorate has arrested TMC youth leader Santanu Banerjee in the West Bengal teacher recruitment scam. ED arrested Santanu after 7 hours of questioning, saying he was not cooperating in the probe. Santanu Banerjee’s arrest is being seen as another setback for the Trinamool Congress. Earlier, raids were conducted by the ED at his residence.
