To All Members,

Member’s attention is drawn to SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/TPD-1/P/CIR/2022/160 dated November 25, 2022, and Exchange circular Ref. no. 20221216-52 dated December 16, 2022, on Framework to address the Technical Glitches in Stock Brokers’ Electronic Trading System wherein the Stock Exchanges were directed by SEBI to identify the ‘Specified Members’.

In adherence to the above and in consultation with other Exchanges, 35 Trading Members have been identified as ‘Specified Members’. The list is enclosed herewith as ‘Annexure A’.

Members are required to take note of the same and comply accordingly.
