Dunxin Financial gets NYSE American listing deficiency notice
- Dunxin Financial (NYSE:DXF) said Friday it had received a deficiency letter from NYSE American LLC for not being compliant with a certain listing rule.
- The letter stated that the company's ADSs had been trading for a low price per share for a substantial period of time, and hence was not in compliance with section 1003(f)(v) of the company guide.
- The company said it intends to regain compliance with the NYSE American's continued listing standards by undertaking a measure or measures that are for the best interests of the company and its stockholders.
- The letter has no immediate effect on the listing or trading of the company's common stock and the ADSs will continue to trade on the NYSE American under the symbol "DXF".
