Film-maker and actor Satish Kaushik passed away on Thursday morning following a heart attack. He was in Delhi to spend Holi with his friends.

Kaushik's mortal remains were brought to Mumbai on Thursday evening and the 66-year-old was cremated the same night.

Several B-town celebrities visited the late actor's house to offer their respects.

The Final Goodbye

Bollywood actor Salman Khan was also spotted outside Satish Kaushik's Mumbai residence to pay his last respects to the late film-maker.

Khan and Kaushik united in 2003 for the latter's directorial 'Tere Naam', which was critically acclaimed and was a box-office hit. Later, Kaushik turned producer for Khan's 'Kyon Ki' in 2005.

Bollywood actresses Tabu, Shehnaaz Gill and Shilpa Shetty Kundra also paid condolences to Satish Kaushik at his Mumbai residence.

Tabu got a chance to work with Kaushik in 1995 for his directorial 'Prem'. A few years later in 2002, Shetty-Kundra also worked as the female lead in the late film-maker's 'Badhaai Ho Badhaai'.
