NEW DELHI: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) is conducting raids at Bihar deputy chief minister
Tejashwi Yadav's residence in Delhi in connection with the alleged
land-for-jobs scam. This comes days after the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI)
questioned his parentsRabri Devi and
Lalu Prasad separately in the case.
Searches are also under way at the residences of Lalu's daughter Misa Bharti in Delhi and Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader and former MLA Abu Dojana in Bihar.
According to sources, searches are being conducted at more than 15 locations across Delhi, NCR and Bihar. Multiple teams of the ED carried out the searches simultaneously at these locations that included the residential and office premises of suspects and the beneficiaries of the alleged land-for-jobs scam.

On Monday, a team of CBI sleuths questioned Rabri for almost four hours after conducting raids at her Patna residence. Lalu Prasad was questioned at the Pandara Park residence of his daughter and Rajya Sabha member Misa Bharti.

While Tejashwi said such things hardly affect them and will continue till the 2024 Lok Sabha polls, the RJD supremo's daughter Rohini Acharya hit out at the Centre accusing it of harassing the ailing elderly man.
"These people are harassing papa. If the harassment leads to any problem, we will rock the seat of power in Delhi. Patience is running out", tweeted Acharya.
The former railway minister underwent a kidney transplant in Singapore last year and
returned to India last month .
The CBI has filed a charge sheet in the case against Lalu, Rabri and 14 others under charges of criminal conspiracy and provisions of the Prevention of Corruption Act, and all the accused have been summoned on March 15, officials had said.
