Bihar CM unveils life-size statue of freedom fighter Jubba Sahni at newly developed park

PATNA: Bihar CM Nitish Kumar on Friday inaugurated a newly developed park on the south-western corner of the Moinul Haque Stadium, Rajendra Nagar, in the capital Patna.
He also unveiled a life-size statue of freedom fighter and revolutionary Jubba Sahni in the newly developed park.
Soon after unveiling the statue, the CM paid tributes to the great freedom fighter by offering flower petals before his statue.
Nitish also planted some saplings in the new park.
The state’s social welfare minister Madan Sahni, building construction minister Ashok Kumar Choudhary, water resources minister Sanjay Kumar Jha, JD(U) MLCs Sanjay Singh and Bhishma Sahni, secretary (building construction) Kumar Ravi and several senior officers of the state government and Patna district administration were present on the occasion.
