Say 'yes' to your child's demands only when they are rational. Do not give in or agree to everything they have to say.

As a parent, you must know how to strike a balance between 'yes' and 'no'. If you always disgree with your child, they might develop a negative impression of you.

Don't start arguing with your child for every little thing. Pick your battles wisely and only indulge in issues that you think will help your child learn and grow.

It is important to know what irritates and triggers your child to become stubborn. Avoid touching those strings.

Know that punishment is never the right way to discipline. It will only make your child more aggressive.

Rather than punishing your child to listen to you, build strong communication skills in them. Only then will you be able to understand their side of the story.

Don't be a rigid parent. Offer your child choices when available.

Your child learns everything from you. If they're stubborn, teach them to not be so headstrong. Set a good example.
