Makers of Sivakarthikeyan's 'Maaveeran' seal a digital streaming partner for a record price

Sivakarthikeyan will be next seen in 'Maaveeran' and the charming actor has joined hands with director Madonne Ashwin for the film. The shooting of the film has reached the final stage, and the film is expected to be wrapped by April. Now, Sivakarthikeyan's 'Maaveeran' makers have sealed a digital streaming partner for a record price. The expectations are high for 'Maaveeran' as Sivakarthikeyan joined hands with the National Award-winning director Madonne Ashwin, and the title teaser looked promising. The makers have begun the film's business parallelly as they lock in the digital streaming partner. 'Maaveeran' OTT rights have been reportedly sold for around Rs 33 crores, which is the highest for a Sivakarthikeyan’s film. Sivakarthikeyan's last release 'Prince' didn't do well at the box office and it turned out to be a disappointment for the actor. Despite a failure, Sivakarthikeyan's next release has been clocking record numbers in the business as the actor has the capacity to make a comeback with 'Maaveeran'.
