InCred Group's wealth and asset management arm on Thursday acquires a 20 per cent stake in a Mumbai-based HR SaaS platform TeamNest.
According to media reports, this investment is part of InCred's Series A funding round in TeamNest.
The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
TeamNest is a cross-border, multilingual platform that helps businesses manage their payroll and human resources function more efficiently.
