Student exchange programme held

Mysuru: As part of the student exchange programme, Porto Business School from Portugal visited Shri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara Institute for Management Development (SDMIMD). During the week-long programme, SDMIMD will be hosting a group of 11 students and two faculty members from Porto Business School and the visiting students will go through academic sessions, corporate visits, social projects. The team is led by Pedro Vieira from Porto University. About 31 students from SDMIMD are spending a term of study abroad this year.
Youth-20 Summit
on March 9
Mysuru: Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi, is organising Youth-20 Summit on March 9, at Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering. Higher education minister C N Ashwath Narayan and S Vidyashankar, vice-chancellor, VTU Belagavi will attend. The G20 is the forum of the world's largest economies. The Youth-20 (Y20) engagement group is designed to bring young leaders from all across the globe to discuss ideas for a better tomorrow and draft an agenda for action.
