Worsening AQI: Why are Mumbaikars gasping for breath?

Even as the rising dust from construction sites and smoke from vehicles has been enveloping skies almost daily for over a year now suffocating thousands of Mumbaikars, the administration meant for regulating it astonishingly has only one case to act tough against in the last seven years.Nevertheless, surprisingly the rising number of patients with respiratory tract diseases seems not enough for people in the administrative corridors to rise and deliver.
