Himachal CM meets Rajnath Singh over state’s border infrastructure condition

Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh, Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, on March 07 met with Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and discussed the border infrastructure condition of the state. He requested a railway line between Manali and Leh from a strategic defence standpoint.He said, “Condition of roads in the border areas is not good, in that context, I had a meeting with Defence Minister. I requested that a railway line be built in Manali and Leh from a defence strategic standpoint.”
