For the 12th consecutive year, Samsung Electronics Service has been awarded the title of South Korea’s ‘Most Admired Company’ in the electronics service industry. Samsung was ranked number 1 in the Most Admired Companies list. It was announced on March 7 by the Korea Management Association Consulting (KMAC). It is an excellent feat because Samsung hasn’t given up its first place since the survey was introduced in 2012.

Samsung Electronics Service, the company’s after-sales servicing arm, got the ‘best company in the electronics service industry’ title after an evaluation of various aspects of the company. According to the official blog, “about 12,000 people, including stock market analysts, industry workers, and consumers, participated in this year’s survey.” Samsung bagged the highest points in 11 areas out of 12, which include customer satisfaction, service innovation, and corporate reliability.

Besides, Samsung’s efforts of providing a ‘mobile service center’ in remote locations, providing tailored and accurate services true to the characteristics of each product, deploying dedicated engineers to solve complex issues of Samsung users, and remote consultation proved fruitful for the company. They helped it bag the award in a category that every company dreams of.

While Samsung’s after-sales service is the best, the company has also worked hard on its BS (Before Service). This basically manages products in optimal conditions before customers experience any inconvenience. Vice President Song Bong-Seop, CEO of Samsung Electronics Service, said, “I sincerely thank our customers for choosing us as the No. 1 service center for 12 consecutive years.”
