Delaware House, Hawaii Senate approve marijuana legalization bills

- Legislation that would legalize marijuana passed in the Delaware House of Representatives and the Hawaii Senate on Tuesday.
- The Delaware bill passed by a 28-13 vote. It will now go before the state's Senate.
- The Hawaii bill passed on a 22-3 vote. Marijuana Moment reported that the bill's fate in the House is less certain.
- The Delaware legislation would allow individuals 21 and older to possess, use, and purchase up to one ounce of marijuana.
- A separate bill that also passed the Delaware House Tuesday would create a regulatory framework for the sale of cannabis, Marijuana Moment reported.
- Oklahoma residents are also voting on a ballot measure Tuesday that would legalize marijuana.
