Nothing has confirmed it is ready to launch second-generation earphones this month. The Nothing Ear 2 will arrive on March 22nd which is exactly two weeks away. The announcement was made through Twitter where it also shared the official launch poster. It came soon after the launch was teased earlier this week.

The launch poster confirms the upcoming product is called Nothing Ear 2. It shows a glimpse of the transparent case getting pushed by a beetle. The launch event will take place on March 22nd at 15:00 GMT. The event will be streamed live on the official Nothing website for anyone to join and watch. These new buds will be a direct successor to the Nothing Ear 1 but details about exact upgrades are currently unknown.

In other news, we have a new leak that talks about the Nothing Phone 2 processor. A report from 91Mobiles has shared a screenshot of a LinkedIn post from Alex Katouzian, SVP and GM of Mobile, Compute and XR business unit at Qualcomm. The post has been taken down but it confirmed Nothing Phone 2 will feature the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor. This is not surprising as Nothing had already confirmed it would use a Snapdragon 8 series processor.

Carl Pei, founder and CEO of Nothing, previously revealed Nothing Phone 2 will be a more premium smartphone than the current-gen Nothing Phone 1. It will also launch officially in the United States which is something the company did not do with the first smartphone. Nothing is sure busy revealing certain details about the phone in a gradual manner. We will keep you posted as more such details will be shared.
