The elderly actress claimed during her interview with Barkha Dutt that her own father began assaulting her sexually when she was only 8 years old. Khushbu Sundar claims that her father believed it was okay to beat up his wife and children as well as sexual assault his only daughter. "Abuse of a youngster is never about a boy or a girl; it creates a scar that lasts a lifetime. The most abusive marriage was the one my mother endured.

My father was a man who believed it was acceptable to physically abuse his wife, his children, and his only daughter. I was just 8 years old when the sexual molestation began. When I was 15, I had the guts to speak out against him "She disclosed.
