The word democracy comes from the Greek words “demos,” meaning people, and “kratos,” meaning power — so democracy can be thought of as “power of the people,” or a way of governing that depends on the will of the people.

How does America’s radical left interpret this? It gets government to wield its power and connections in social and news media to ban alternate views, of course. It uses government agencies, such as the now corrupt FBI and Department of Justice, as policemen to intimidate, harass and even arrest those who oppose their policies. It succumbs to the intimidation of Black Lives Matter terrorist and other  racist groups by financially compensating them.

It tears down “offensive” monuments, releases multitudes of hardened criminals back onto our streets and makes criminals of parents who demanding that their elementary-school-age children not be exposed to pornography and the homosexual agenda.

There is much, much more. Fortunately, the left’s holy grail of disarming American citizens is not going to happen — not now, not ever.
