The carrier version of the Galaxy A03s is now getting the Android 13 firmware update. It was originally released ahead of the original schedule in Europe, but now the Galaxy A03s in the USA is getting the update according to the original roadmap, which hinted at a March 2023 release.

The update has firmware version A037USQU3CWB6 and includes the December 2022 security patch. We don’t have a carrier version of the Galaxy A03s at hand and can’t confirm if Android 13 is accompanied by One UI 5.1 or One UI 5.0, but we’re guessing it’s probably One UI 5.0.

Android 13 and One UI 5.0 bring a variety of new features, including better multi-window and stacked widgets, however, some improvements may be missing from the Galaxy A03s update due to hardware limitations and other constraints. Nevertheless, Samsung apps in One UI 5.0 should bring new features and improvements to the UI.

If you want to upgrade the Galaxy A03s in the USA to Android 13, you should receive an update notification at any moment, assuming you haven’t already. You can also try triggering the update manually by accessing the Settings app, navigating to “Software update,” and tapping “Download and install.” And to update your Galaxy A03s over a PC, you can download the official firmware files from our website.
